This Privacy Policy describes how Tactique, LLC d/b/a Outward (“Outward,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Idaho limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit a website, landing page, microsite, or digital property (each, a “Page”) built and operated by Outward on behalf of its clients (“Clients”).
Outward operates as a technology services provider. Each Page is created on behalf of a specific Client, identified in the Page footer, who acts as the data controller for personal information collected through that Page. This Privacy Policy covers Outward’s own data practices as the technology operator. For information about how a specific Client uses your personal data, please refer to the Client’s privacy policy linked in the applicable Page footer
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you interact with a Page, you may voluntarily submit personal information, including but not limited to:
Name, email address, phone number, and company name submitted through contact forms
Scheduling and booking information submitted through embedded calendar or scheduling widgets
Any other information you choose to provide via form fields or chat functionality
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit a Page, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies:

Operating, maintaining, and improving Pages on behalf of Clients
Transmitting submitted data to the applicable Client’s CRM, email, or business systems
Facilitating scheduling and booking through embedded tools
Analyzing aggregate Page performance, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics
Detecting, preventing, and addressing technical issues, fraud, or security threats
Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms and Conditions
Data submitted through a Page is transmitted to the applicable Client, who determines how that data is further used. Please review the Client’s privacy policy for information about their specific data practices.
4. How We Share Information
Outward may share personal information in the following circumstances:
With Clients: Personal information submitted through a Page is transmitted to the applicable Client as the data controller. This is the primary purpose of data collection on each Page.
With Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers that assist in operating Pages, including hosting platforms, scheduling tools, Retention.com/RB2B (identity resolution), analytics providers, and CRM platforms.
For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
Outward does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention
Outward retains automatically collected data (analytics, logs, tracking data) for a period reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, typically no longer than twenty-four (24) months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a Client agreement.
Personal information submitted through forms or booking tools is transmitted to the applicable Client and retained by Outward only as long as necessary for operational purposes or as required by the Client agreement

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information
7.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Know what personal information is collected, used, and shared
Request deletion of your personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
7.2 Residents of Other U.S. States
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as enacted) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information.
7.3 Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any privacy rights related to data Outward holds as the technology operator, contact us at privacy@outwardgtm.com. For rights related to data held by the Client identified on a specific Page, please contact that Client directly.
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframe required by applicable law
(typically 45 days).
8. Security
Outward implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Pages are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. Outward does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a Page, please contact us at privacy@outwardgtm.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
10. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. There is currently no universal standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. Pages do not currently respond to DNT signals, but you may opt out of certain tracking by managing cookie settings in your browser or using the opt-out mechanisms described in this Privacy Policy.

Pages may contain links to third-party websites or services. Outward is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
12. International Users
Pages are operated from the United States. If you access a Page from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using a Page, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.

Outward reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version at outwardgtm.com/privacy. The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of any Page after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
